Medial-Pivot Total Knee Arthroplasty for Tricompartmental Osteoarthritis

A 70-year-old woman with tricompartmental osteoarthritis of the left knee demonstrated medial and lateral compartmental wear, osteophytes, mild varus deformity and a preoperative range of motion of approximately 0°–130°. The contralateral knee had previously undergone arthroplasty. A medial-pivot total knee arthroplasty was undertaken on the left side.
