The right knee demonstrated severe varus deformity with approximately 15° fixed flexion deformity and marked medial compartment tightness. The left knee was comparatively well balanced, with flexion gaps of approximately 12 mm medially and 13 mm laterally and extension gaps of 10 and 11 mm, respectively. Patient demographics and preoperative functional scores were not provided.
