Antero-Lateral Total Hip Replacement

A 56-year-old active patient underwent primary total hip replacement for a severely deformed, osteophyte-laden hip with coxa magna, dense adhesions from previous surgery, marked restriction of movement and approximately 2.5 cm of limb shortening. A minor superolateral acetabular defect increased the technical complexity.
